Graffiti remover: 1 quart (32 oz.) spray bottle (with trigger) of fast acting liquid graffiti remover chemically engineered not to strip the original, underlying cured paint or damage sensitive finishes without leaving a shadow. Removes spray paints, lacquers, permanent markers, ink and adhesives from smooth surfaces. Remover must be water-soluble, biodegradable, VOC compliant and contain no acids, phosphates, HAP or methylene chloride. Must be non-flammable, be effective for year-round use (below freezing temperature for ex.), 3-year shelf life and require no pre-mixing. Any substitutions require a one-quart sample bottle and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) delivered prior to bid opening date for product testing--see Attachments.
