Pressure washing services for Awbury Recreation Center located at 6101 Ardleigh Street, Philadelphia PA 19138. Scope of work is as follows: To pressure wash the basement area to include the steps & floor of the recreation center using a high-pressure surface cleaner equipped with a built-in vacuum recovery system. Water reclamation/pumping as needed. Rinse down all walls to remove dust, dirt, and all cobwebs. Wash downstairs leading into basement area. Clean basement floor on the bottom of the back entrance in front of the utility room. Sanitize urinals and toilets in one of the bathroom areas. The removal of all dust, dirt and loose debris from the concrete floor. To leave the floor clean & free of standing water. To recover and remove all wastewater that may be generated during the cleaning process. This bid will result in a requirements contract.
