The City of Philadelphia Law Department seeks a photographer for its annual all staff photo. The selected vendor will be required to take photos of the following: large staff photo (approximately 280 people); one Chiefs and Chairs photo (approximately 16 people); one Executive Team photo (ten people). Please see item numbers 2-5 on this bid for the quantity of each photo required. Photos will be taken in front of the "Saucer Building" in LOVE Park located between 15th and 16th Streets and John F Kennedy Boulevard and Arch Streets. The date is Tuesday, October 6, 2026, with a rain date of Thursday, October 8, 2026. The photographer is expected to be on site from 8:00am to 9:30am. The photographer is also requested to do a site survey on Friday, October 2, 2026. PLEASE NOTE: THIS BID IS OPEN EXCLUSIVELY TO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY BUSINESSES.
