Item # 1:   ( 390  -  91 )   *See attachment for additional information Tier 1 - Immediate Water Supply Vendors must demonstrate the capability to support emergency response operations by rapidly activating within 12 hours or less of notification. This includes: * Delivering an initial supply of 50 pallets of bottled water (16.9 oz bottles) within 12 hours of notification. * Coordinating and executing shipments to multiple designated delivery locations throughout the City of Philadelphia. Tier 2 - Rapid Response Water Supply Vendors must demonstrate the capability to support emergency response operations by rapidly activating within 24 hours or less of notification. This includes: * Delivering an initial supply of 100 pallets of bottled water (16.9 oz bottles) within 24 hours of notification. * Coordinating and executing shipments to multiple designated delivery locations throughout the City of Philadelphia. * During activation periods vendors must be capable of sustaining 100 - 300 pallets per day of bottled water deliveries. Tier 3 - Sustained Emergency Water Supply Vendors must also demonstrate the ability to scale operations quickly, including: * Providing up to 1,000 pallets of bottled water (16.9 oz bottles) within 48 hours of notification. * Coordinating and executing shipments to multiple designated delivery locations throughout the City of Philadelphia. * During multi-day activation periods vendors must be capable of sustaining 1,000 - 2,000 pallets per day of bottled water deliveries. Tier 4 - Catastrophic Water Supply * Sustaining continuous, rolling daily resupply to meet a maximum requirement of up to 9,600 pallets of bottled water (16.9 oz bottles) per day. * Coordinating and executing shipments to multiple designated delivery locations throughout the City of Philadelphia. * Ability to leave trailers on-site for 24 hours.
