Catering services are requested for (Monday) 6/29/26 (Tuesday) 6/30/26 LEAP C2L SUMMER TLA's Program at the Parkway Central Library, 1901 Vine Street, Skyline Room, 4th Floor. Philadelphia, PA 19103. Dates & Time: Monday, June 29th, 2026 & Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 Deliver by 11:45am The selected vendor shall deliver and set up all food no later than 60 minutes prior to the event start time. All food must be delivered hot and ready for service. No pork or pork by-products may be used in any food items, seasonings, or ingredients. The unit price MUST INCLUDE ALL DELIVERY COSTS. The vendor is responsible for providing all necessary service items, including but not limited to plates, cups, eating and serving utensils, napkins, condiments, racks, and heating fuel. Attendance is estimated at 100 people, with food quantities based on 1 serving per person. Must operate from licensed commercial facilities (no home prep).
