Catering services, as described below. The number of events is currently undetermined. PLEASE READ ATTACHED BID SPECIFICATION THROUGHLY. Vendor must operate from licensed commercial facilities (no home preparation). Continental Breakfast for a minimum of 15 people: 2 x's a week Monday - Friday only 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Coffee and Tea set up. Coffee must be delivered in urns (not in a box) and picked up within 72 hours. * Bagels with Cream Cheese, jelly, butter * Assorted Muffins and Danishes (no donuts) * Apples and Oranges (single fruits/not a fruit salad) * Bottled Water * Assorted juices * Assorted chips * Cookie Tray Servings: 1.5 servings of food and 2 drinks per person, unless otherwise specified Equipment: *All necessary paper, plastic, and disposable items, including tablecloths, utensils, and coffee/tea stirrers (when applicable) * Delivery and Setup: Included in pricing The awarded vendor will receive at least 24 hours' notice for each event, including: * Date * Time * Location * Number of attendees Orders will be emailed to the vendor's designated email address.
